五、Violation of Terms and Conditions

In case of a breach, the user’s account may be suspended for investigation, and any won items or credits may be withheld until the investigation is complete.

Suspension and Termination of Account

Calfbox may, at its sole discretion, restrict the user's access, suspend or terminate their account, and void any unboxing results if the company suspects:

- The user is under 18 or was under 18 when registering.

- The user has provided false or unverifiable personal details.

- The user is operating more than one account.

Risk Acknowledgment

The user acknowledges the risk of losing money when purchasing mystery boxes. They are fully responsible for any financial losses and agree that no refunds will be provided for such losses. Calfbox does not bear responsibility for losses caused by account misuse.

Service Functioning

The user selects a mystery box category on the site. By purchasing a mystery box, the user agrees to receive one item randomly selected from a bundle containing products in various price categories.

The user understands that the price of a mystery box may exceed or be less than the value of the item received. Calfbox is not responsible if the price paid for a mystery box is higher than the value of the won item.

The actual product received may differ from the image shown on the site as the images are for illustrative purposes.

Employees and users of Calfbox are unaware of the value of any product before it is won. The user assumes all risks associated with mystery box purchases.

七、Balance Recharge

When users recharge their account balance, the funds will be converted into rubies, which are not equivalent to real currency. These rubies are non-refundable under any circumstances.

The company is not responsible for any additional fees charged by the user’s bank or payment provider. Any concerns must be directed to the relevant institution.

Red rubies Validity and Account Inactivity

Red rubies deposited into your account are valid for one year from the date of deposit. If your account remains inactive or the red rubies are not used within this one-year period, they will expire without refund, and your account will also be terminated.

八、Shipment

The user may incur shipping costs for delivering won items. Claims for prizes must be made within 20 days of winning. If the prize is not claimed within this period, the shipment will be canceled, and no refund or compensation will be provided.

九、Suspension and Interruption of Services
